Nick McClellan

Chief Executive Officer

Nick Joined MACH2 in the first year of trading to grow the RAM sales department.  After securing numerous key contracts and driving revolutionary growth of the sales department Nick became CEO. After 20 years working in RAM Nick has an excellent understanding of the industry and all departments within the business.  Nick leverages this knowledge and the strong senior leadership team he has assembled to support the continued growth of the business.

Ajay Hands

Chief Executive Officer

Ajay has been the CFO of MACH2 Solutions since 2022. His extensive experience in corporate finance includes over 15 years in PE-backed environments primarily in data subscription businesses.

Ajay is a qualified accountant and leads the Group’s Finance and HR departments as well responsibilities for regulatory and legal matters.

Ajay lives in Yorkshire with his wife and is the proud father of two boys. He loves playing the guitar and is a keen squash player.

Michael Dodds

Chief Sales Officer

With over 13-years of experience in the motor finance and vehicle management industries, Michael has been a driving force since joining Mach 2 from Hitachi Capital Finance in 2014. Beginning his career in sales, Michael's unwavering commitment and outstanding results swiftly propelled him to the position Chief Sales Officer, overseeing the entire sales function. As the leader of a dynamic sales team operating across the UK, Canada, and the USA, Michael plays a pivotal role in shaping global sales strategies. His strategic insights and outstanding leadership skills have been instrumental in crafting our success story and driving growth.

Beyond the business landscape, Michael enjoys simple pleasures. He loves cooking up delicious meals, exploring new places through travel, and staying active with football and the gym

Richard Blown

Chief Technical Officer

Richard has been CTO of MACH2 Solutions since November 2020. He brings over 20 years of IT experience; leading Innovation, Architecture and Development teams across large corporations and industries through positions held at Hermes, Aviva and IBM. 

Richard leads the Group IT function responsible for software and hardware development delivering products in line with the strategic roadmap. 

Richard lives in Yorkshire with his wife. He loves sport and travel, enjoying cycling and long walks in the countryside.

Scott joined MACH2 in 2012. Starting in operations support roles, Scott’s journey within the company has been marked by a pursuit of operational excellence. His strategic vision led to the implementation of Salesforce CRM and innovative cloud solutions, revolutionizing our business operations.


With a robust commercial background, Scott's insights into market dynamics drive our operational and commercial efficiency. Over two decades with the company, he has honed a deep understanding of every facet of the business, leveraging this knowledge to propel our continued growth.
